GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

DOMESTIC

We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS. An additional $5 fee will be applied to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Expedited. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.

*High Value Orders
High value orders, or orders shipping to an address other than the billing address, require approximately 2 additional processing days. High value orders include orders with any item over $1,000, or multiple orders that have been placed within a 24 hour period totaling $1000. A customer service representative will contact you if your order requires additional processing time.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

Entinge packages are secured directly by the shippers.

SALES TAX

Entinge is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products except Fine Art are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. Entinge may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS

All items that are returnable within the United States, per our return policy are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
