Thank you for shopping at Entinge! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Returns

Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items are eligible for return.

All returns must be initiated within 72 hours from the delivery date.

If you wish to return an item, a penalty charge of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount. This is due to the nature of us being a no-waste company and the time, materials, and effort our small team has put into creating your order.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please head to https://pietra.store/s/entinge/returns. You must complete this within the 72-hour return window.

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details in the notes of the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a shipping label.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.*

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.*

*Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Preorder Returns

Please note that preorders are made-to-order and require additional processing time.

If you wish to return a preordered item, a penalty charge of 75% will be deducted from the refund amount. This is due to the nature of these items being handmade for you and the time, materials, and work put into creating this item as we are a no-waste company.

The remaining refund amount will be issued as per the standard refund policy mentioned above.


Cancellations

You have 48 hours to request a cancellation for a full refund on your order. Shipping will also be refunded. If you do not cancel within the 48 hour period, you may incur a penalty charge.


Exchanges

Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing with tags still attached items are eligible for exchange.

All exchanges incur a 10$ exchange fee due to the shipping costs. We will cover the return fee but will charge this fee for the shipping cost of the new item.

If you would like an exchange, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@entinge.com, and we will help you initiate the process. This must be done within 72 hours from the delivery date.

If the item you ordered doesn’t fit as expected, we are happy to offer you a new size or an Entinge credit in your Entinge account.


* Exceptions*

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

-Sale or clearance items

-Customized or personalized items

-Accessories (e.g., jewelry, belts, scarves) due to hygiene reasons.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your item.

We will arrange for a replacement, a refund, or an Entinge credit to your account depending on the availability of the item.

All of our products are triple-checked from manufacturing to packaging and fulfillment. Proof of damage or defect may be required for verification.


European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
